Your privacy matters.
Information you provide
This website stores inquiry details you submit, including your name, contact information, preferred move-in date and message. Do not submit identification, financial documents or other sensitive information.
How information is used
Inquiries are stored in the site database to respond to your rental inquiry. When Telegram alerts are configured, the site name and an inquiry reference are sent to the owner through Telegram. Names, contact details and inquiry messages remain in the private inbox.
Your shortlist
An essential anonymous cookie links this browser to saved listings stored in the database. No advertising trackers or analytics are installed. Clearing the cookie disconnects this browser from its saved list.
Service providers and retention
Hosting and database services are provided through Sites and Cloudflare; Telegram processes minimal owner alert references. Fonts are hosted locally. Inquiry information is retained while needed for your rental search, follow-up and applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact Jashan Toor at jashantoor@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, subject to those obligations.
